We've combined catering operations with Satchmo's (our other restaurant) to give our customers even more choices. From hoagies, to roast pork sandwiches, to jambalaya & etoufee, we can fulfill your every catering need.
Sandwich Platters
Choose any cold sandwich from our hoagie menu. Choose your own mix and we will gladly arrange your sandwiches on a tray cut and garnished with all of the vegetables on the side.
Sandwiches are priced accordingly. A $15 surcharge is applied for all platters or trays.
Cold Cut Platters
- Ham, beef and turkey with American, Swiss and provolone. Served with lettuce, tomato, pickles, mustard, mayonnaise, horseradish sauce and rolls.
- Ham, salami, capicola, pepper ham, with American, Swiss and sharp provolone. Served with roasted peppers, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, mustard, mayonnaise, horseradish sauce and rolls.
- Ham, capicola, salami, soppressetta, prosciutto, with sharp provolone, pepper jack, and fresh mozzarella. Served with roasted sweet & hot peppers, lettuce, tomato, onion, and rolls.
- Ham, turkey, roast beef, pastrami, corned beef, with Swiss, cheddar and pepper jack. Served with lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, coleslaw, mustard, mayonnaise, thousand island dressing, horseradish sauce and rolls.
- Ham, pepper ham, capicola, salami, soppressetta, prosciutto, mortadella with American, Swiss, sharp provolone, asiago, and fresh mozzarella. Served with lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, roasted peppers, sweet & hot stuffed cherry peppers, olive oil, mustard, mayonnaise, pesto and rolls.
- Ham, turkey, roast beef, chicken salad, tuna salad with American, Swiss and provolone. Served with lettuce, tomato, pickles, mustard, mayonnaise, horseradish sauce and rolls.
- American, Swiss, sharp provolone, fresh mozzarella, and asiago cheeses. Served with roasted eggplant, onion, portabella mushrooms, peppers, zucchini, asparagus, artichoke hearts and rolls.
- Roast beef, turkey, corned beef, smoked brisket, chicken cutlets with cheddar, asiago, pepperjack. Served with roasted peppers, tomato, pickles, onion, coleslaw, mustard, mayonnaise, Russian dressing, horseradish sauce and rolls.
